  2. Exchange for Non-Damaged Items

    • If you wish to exchange a product for any reason other than damage, additional delivery charges will apply for the return and reshipping of the new item.
  3. Exchange for Damaged Items

    • If the item is damaged upon arrival, we offer a free exchange with no additional delivery charges. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product, and we will arrange for the exchange.
